This chapter is fairly straightforward; you're given a small number of bandits to defeat, and there isn't much strategy to it. Weaken them from a distance with Micaiah and/or Leonardo, and then finish them off with Edward. Try to not let Edward get all the kills, though, as Micaiah's going to need a lot of exp in Part 1. She should land the final blow on the boss.
Also, be careful as your units won't be that durable, and all of them will fall in just a few hits, especially Micaiah. Some enemies, especially later on in the game, when they start having steel weapons, will be able to defeat her in one hit!
